Hurst Diamonds Online orders will begin processing on the same business day (Monday - Friday) if received prior to 2:00 p.m. CST. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. CST will begin processing on the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Please allow 3-4 days for shipment of in-stock items (that do not require re-sizing), once an order has been processed. Allow additional time for shipping, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Hurst Diamonds Online will not be held accountable for carrier delays due to inclement weather, shippers' internal technical errors or any other circumstances which could cause a longer-than-anticipated delivery time.
Generally, most orders are unable to be shipped on a national holiday, nor 1-2 days prior to a national holiday.

Your understanding is much appreciated, and, if your order is unable to be completed immediately, Hurst Diamonds Online will notify you via email and phone within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
Upon shipment of your order, all orders are assigned a tracking number to monitor their delivery status and location. This tracking number associated with your order will be provided to you via the email entered at checkout.
Hurst Diamonds Online cannot ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes). Hurst Diamonds Online currently ships only within the limits of the United States; orders with international addresses cannot be processed at this time.
Upon final delivery of your order by the shipping carrier, Hurst Diamonds Online assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

All online orders that are not special orders or do not require sizing variations are stocked in two standard sizes (usually 7 for women and 10 for men). All sizes, other than 7 for women and 10 for men, will need to be either re-sized or special ordered (see SPECIAL ORDERS).
Many rings can generally be sized up or down 1-2 whole sizes, depending on the overall style and design of the ring, as well as available size options. Rings requiring a size beyond the 1-2 whole-size variations will incur additional sizing charges and/or may require a special order (see SPECIAL ORDERS) and be subject to a price change. Clearance prices cannot be honored if the item requires a special order. Please allow an additional 4-5 business days for ring sizing to ensure accuracy and quality.
Some rings are only available in a select few size options and cannot be sized or special ordered in a different size other than the size options provided.
Please note that, due to the nature of alternative metals, traditional sizing methods are unable to be applied to the following types of rings: Tungsten, Tantalum, Meteorite, Serenium, Black Zirconium, Cobalt, Titanium, Stainless Steel and Ceramic. We do offer a Lifetime Sizing Warranty on nearly every alternative-metal ring available at Hurst Diamonds.
All sizes other than the standard stock size of 10 require a special order (see SPECIAL ORDERS). If you happen to order an initial size that does not fit, we can accept a sizing exchange for your alternative metal ring. Please note that Hurst Diamonds Online is not responsible for return-postage costs for alternative-metal size exchanges. A $35.00 handling/exchange fee applies to the first-time size exchange for Hurst Diamonds Online orders only. All future alternative-metal size exchanges will incure a $65 handling/exchange fee.
An order is considered a special order if the item:
Special orders may take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to be completed, prior to shipment. You may periodically receive email, phone call or text notifications informing you of your Hurst Diamonds Online special order status. A minimum down-payment of 50% of the final purchase price, or more, is required in-store or online for any special order to begin processing.
