If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unaltered items within 30 days. Hurst Diamonds accepts hurstdiamonds.com exchanges and/or returns within 30 days of receipt of your online purchase from the date of delivery. Special orders; estate/pre-owned merchandise; sized rings; engraved, altered, custom, clearance and closeout merchandise are final-sale items and may not be exchanged or returned for a refund or store credit.
Online exchanges and/or returns must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) written on the outside of the package you are returning. Please submit a return-request form below. Any returned item without an RMA number will not be processed.
All mail-in exchanges and/or returns must include all original packaging, contents, warranties, paperwork, the packing slip and receipt for the return to be fully processed. Mail-in returns must be insured for the full value of the item; Hurst Diamonds and hurstdiamonds.com is not responsible for return-postage costs of order returns.

Upon receipt of the item(s), original packaging, all contents, all warranties, all paperwork, the packing slip and receipt, you will receive an email notification informing you that your online return is being processed. Please note that all mail-in returns must pass a quality inspection before any store credit or refund can be issued. We appreciate your patience during this tedious process. Any approved order return will receive a credit in the method of payment used to place the order. If you paid for your order with a credit card or PayPal, please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account; if you paid for your order with a debit card, please allow 10-14 days for the refund to post to your account.
