Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Hurstdiamonds.com does not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box)
  • Hurstdiamonds.com ships only within the limits of United States; no international sales will be shipped outside of the United States.
  • Orders received after 3pm CST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders will not ship on a holiday or two days before/after a holiday.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for shipment of in-stock items once an order has been processed.
  • Upon ordering a ring, please specify the required ring size using the drop-down provided. Hurst Fine Diamonds stocks women’s rings in size 7 and men’s rings in size 10. Depending on the structure and design of each ring, there will be no charge for a sizing increase or decrease with a 1-2 size variation. However, to retain an item’s complete integrity and because the gold market is constantly changing, a special order charge of $50 will be applied to all rings requiring sizes greater than 9 for women and 12 for men.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days to size and ship rings requiring a 1-2 size variation upon final inspection and processing of the order.
  • Special orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive, with some taking up to 8 weeks. We will notify you via e-mail of the status and progress of your order(s); please contact us with further questions.
  • Upon final delivery of your item(s) by the shipping carrier, Hurst Fine Diamonds assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen goods. An adult signature is required to accept the final delivery.
  • Hurst Fine Diamonds will not be held accountable for delayed deliveries from the carrier.

Online Returns

  • Hurst Fine Diamonds will accept Hurstdiamonds.com online sales returns within 30 days of receipt of your online purchase from the date of delivery. This applies to all online returns via mail.
  • All mail-in returns must include the original packing slip and invoice.
  • Mail-in returns must be insured, and Hurst Fine Diamonds is not responsible for shipping and handling costs of the return(s).
  • Upon our receipt of the item, packing slip, and invoice, you will receive an email informing you that your return is being processed. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Online Returns in Person, in Store

  • Hurst Fine Diamonds will accept Hurstdiamonds.com online sales returns within 14 days of receipt of your online purchase from the date of delivery. This applies to all online returns being returned in person at one of Hurst Fine Diamonds’ locations.
  • All in-person returns must be accompanied by the original invoice to validate the return.
